MISSION & OBJECTIVE
The B-Movie Film Fest supports independent cinema made outside of the direct Hollywood studio involvement, bringing them much needed exposure to major Independent studios around the world.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
The B-Movie Festival began in 1999 and in the last few years has grown into a major North East event! We have helped bring exposure to over 10,000 movies, shorts and documentaries from around the world. Many of the movies that have played at our festival have gone on to distribution success with companies like Maverick, Image, Barnholtz, and are available in place like Blockbuster, Best Buy and Walmart. Be a part of the one film festival that showcases the underdog movies!

GENERAL RULES
The top films at the festival will receive the Killer-B Awards for Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Director, Best Foreign Film, Best Documentary, Best Short and other categories. The awards will be presented in a special ceremony hosted by a B-Movie celebrity. Winners get a certificate. There is often cash prizes but not known until closer to actual fest. All films submitted for the festival will also be reviewed for the Killer-B Awards and for possible theatrical and home video release via a leading distributor of independent productions.
